ARTICLE 7: Welcoming people with reduced mobility The reception and lounge of the Océanic hotel are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The elevator and the rooms are unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
ARTICLE 8: Pets For hygiene reasons, the Hôtel Océanic does not accept pets.
ARTICLE 9: Reservation conditions and prices
In the case of accommodation services (reservation of rooms in an establishment or other types of accommodation), customers are reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, and this in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services which must be supplied on a specific date or at a specific time.
For each service reservation, the Special Conditions specify the cancellation and/or modification terms.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE CONDITIONS:
The reservation made is neither cancelable, nor refundable, nor modifiable, nor transferable, whatever the events or circumstances with the exception of the application of article 1218 of the civil code: force majeure Covid 19 or any illness, flight cancellation by an airline, or any circumstances emanating directly from a third party (transport company, visa, etc.) does not allow force majeure to occur. The total amount of the reservation (including supplements) is payable online in 3d secure.
A pre-authorization with pin of a fixed amount of 100 euros will be made on a credit card at the time of check-in.
No change to the date of stay or no refund can be made. In the event of a “No Show” or cancellation, a penalty of the total amount of the reservation will be due without possibility of refund. To assert your rights with your insurance in the event of a no-show or cancellation with costs, an invoice can be sent to you on request to the email address reception@hoteloceanic.paris
REFUNDABLE RATE CONDITIONS:
The customer may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 2 days before the day of arrival (00h). In the event of non-compliance with the cancellation conditions above, a “late cancellation” penalty of the amount of the first night will be due.
A pre-authorization of a amount of 3 nights maximum will be made on a credit card at the time of booking.
In the event of a “No Show” (no show without cancellation) a “No Show” penalty of the total amount of the reservation will be due. To assert your rights with your insurance in the event of a no-show or cancellation with costs, an invoice can be sent to you on request to the email address reception@hoteloceanic.paris The total amount of the stay, tourist taxes included, will be payable on arrival (at check-in)
The tourist tax applicable on January 1, 2024 is not included in the displayed rate payable on arrival (at check-in): 5,20 euros / adult / night, free for children (-18 years old)
INFORMATION: Check-in: 2 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m., in the event of non-compliance with the departure time a one-night penalty may be applied. Floors 1,2,3,4 and 5 are accessible by elevator. The 6th floor is not accessible by elevator.
ARTICLE 10: Ban on smoking The Océanic hotel is a completely non-smoking establishment. The Océanic Hotel may request financial compensation from customers who do not respect this ban in addition to the fine defined by law. Smoking in a place for collective use outside the area reserved for this purpose is punishable by a fine of up to €450. Vaping in a place for collective use is punishable by a fine of up to €150.

ARTICLE 5 : Cookies
L’Utilisateur est informé que lors de ses visites sur le site, un cookie peut s’installer automatiquement sur son logiciel de navigation.

La réception et le salon de l’hôtel Océanic sont accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
L’ascenseur ainsi que les chambres ne sont malheureusement pas accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
ARTICLE 8 : Animaux de compagnie
Pour des raisons d’hygiène l’Hôtel Océanic n’accepte pas les animaux de compagnie.
ARTICLE 9 : Conditions de réservation et tarifs
La taxe de séjour applicable au 1er Janvier 2024 n’est pas comprise dans le tarif affiché payable à l’arrivée (au check-in) : 5,20 euros / adulte / nuit, gratuit pour les enfants (-18 ans)
CONDITIONS TARIF NON REMBOURSABLE :
La réservation effectuée n’est ni annulable, ni remboursable, ni modifiable, ni cessible, quelque soit les événements ou circonstances à l’exception de l’application de l’article 1218 du code civil : force majeure
Le Covid 19 ou toute maladie, l’annulation de vol par une compagnie aérienne, ou toutes circonstances émanant directement d’un tiers (compagnie de transport, visa…) ne permet pas l’exécution de la force majeure.
Le montant total de la réservation (suppléments compris) est payable en ligne en 3d sécure.
Aucune modification de date de séjour ni aucun remboursement ne pourra être effectué. En cas de “No Show” (non présentation sans annulation) ou d’annulation, une pénalité du montant total de la réservation sera dû sans possibilité de remboursement.
Pour faire valoir vos droits auprès de votre assurance en cas de non présentation ou d’annulation avec frais, une facture peut vous être envoyée sur demande à l’adresse e-mail reception@hoteloceanic.paris
CONDITIONS TARIF REMBOURSABLE :
Le client pourra annuler sa réservation sans pénalité jusqu’à 2 jours avant le jour d’arrivée (00h).
En cas de non respect des conditions d’annulation ci-dessus, une pénalité “d’annulation tardive” du montant de la première nuit sera dû.
En cas de “No Show” (non présentation sans annulation) une pénalité de “No Show” du montant total de la réservation sera dû.

Check-out : 11h, en cas de non respect de l’heure du départ une pénalité d’une nuit pourra être appliquée.
Les étages 1,2,3,4 et 5 sont accessibles par ascenseur. Le 6 ème étage n’est pas accessible par ascenseur.
ARTICLE 10 : Interdiction de fumer
L’hôtel Océanic est un établissement entièrement non fumeur. L’hôtel Océanic pourra demander un dédommagement financier aux clients ne respectant pas cette interdiction en plus de l’amende définie par la loi.
Le fait de fumer dans un lieu à usage collectif en dehors de l’emplacement réservé à cet effet est puni de l’amende pouvant aller jusqu’à 450€.
Le fait de vapoter dans un lieu à usage collectif est puni de l’amende pouvant aller jusqu’à 150 €.
